Posted under Poker & poker championship & world series of poker

The most popular poker website FullTilt.com is taking the coverage to the next level with the WSOP 2009 with their 2009 World Series of Poker Coverage Page, a new portal built to give poker players on everything related to the WSOP 2009, including players views, players’ insights, players’ coverage, timely updates, poker players’ blogs and more.

Full Tilt Poker’s new World Series of Poker Coverage Page is not the typical news portal provided by many other sites. Full Tilt’s Site is broken down into three areas, and includes a daily highlights area in where readers can get access to the 2009 WSOP events info, results, players and more in a series of articles written by the Full Tilt staff members Roy Winston and AlCantHang. Aside from the same ol’ daily updates and results on each and every event, FullTilt.com’s WSOP Coverage Page also highlights two in house blogs, Poker from the Rail Blog, which highlights comments, covering news, insider info from Full Tilt Poker stars, opinions from FullTilt.com’s readers and writers and guest posts from other poker bloggers, and the Pro Blog, which features posts from members of Team Full Tilt participating in the World Series of Poker 2009, including Andy Bloch, Jon “Pearljammed” Turner and Roy Winston.

Additionally, FullTiltPoker.com’s new 2009 WSOP Coverage Page has a Twitter section that gives immediate updates and notes from various poker players. Some of the players that participate in the Twitter area include, Beth Shak, Jennifer Harman, Andy Bloch, Howard Lederer, Mike Matusow and Rafe Furst. The Twitter section allows players to transmit short messages allowing people from around the world to stay informed. These messages known as “tweets”, can be transmitted from anywhere through a cellular phone or other portable device.
